Single occupancy of double rooms will incur a charge of 50%.
We can only accommodate adults - no children, no pets.
For the comfort of all guestswe are a non-smoking country house. (Ash trays are provided on the patio outside.)
Booking - A deposit of £50 per guest is required to secure accommodation, this deposit is non refundable. All Bookings are made subject to our cancellation policy - please see below. We are happy to accept payment by debit or credit card- please phone 01983 730010. We can also accept cheques made payable to The Hermitage.
Cancellation - Cancellations notified less than 48 hours before arrival are subject to full charge. Cancellations more than 48 hours before arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation fee on the full cost of the holiday. No discounts or refunds will be given for meals not taken or for early departure.
Arrival - Your accommodation is available from 2pm on the day of arrival until 11am on day of departure. Guests may arrive before 2pm however we cannot guarantee their rooms will be ready. Payment mbe made in full on arrival. No discounts or refunds will be given for meals not taken or for early departure.
